We are looking for an Order Desk & SCM Professional (100%) for a permanent position.

Role and Responsibilities

Your tasks, you
- are responsible for the overall supply chain management for the CE IT range
- plan and analyze weekly and monthly sales results as well as manage and monitor inventory
- support and backup for Order Desk Management Monitor (LFD, LCD, HTV, LED), weekly sales plans, SELS MA/STO check and proposal
- are responsible for memory availability check, SCM of memory products
- are responsible for display and memory products in the e-store Incl. STO approval
- support general OD tasks as SCM CE IT position (80% SCM, 20% OD)
- communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- prepare various reports, maintain and process data
- support urgent inquiries from Korea in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications

Your profile, you
- have a degree in business administration or similar, ideally with further training in SCM
- bring 2-3 years of SCM or logistics experience
- have excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- ideally have experience with SAP and CRM
- are fluent in English and German
- have a strong "hands-on mentality" and consider analytical thinking and the preparation of figures to be your strengths
- have a professional appearance, very good communication skills, and an accurate working style
- are a proactive, team-oriented, and stress-resistant personality, experienced in global settings
