This position reports to

Global Head of Smart Lab, Motion Services division

Your role and responsibilities

This role is open globally, but location is preferably set in ABB MOSE offices in Europe (Finland, Switzerland or Germany). • Take a comprehensive view on business models and underlying customer needs to develop new approaches that are enabled by technological innovation.• Develop good understanding of respective local markets, competitive environments and ABB position. • Develop business cases and plans for service innovation projects. • Think out of the box to realize visions in a pragmatic way.• Get things done while participating or leading in ABB Motion Services (MOSE) Smart Lab projects.• Support the definition and implementation of new business models with local organizations, in line with global business strategies.• Live ABB's core values of health, safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, growing ventures sustainably and being aware of startup methods.
  • Open-minded attitude that helps to define our way of working, structures and processes in order to achieve agility and speed.
  • Good communication in English, both written and spoken is a must.
