As the Head of HR Global Service Division, you drive business results through people perspective and workforce and talent insights. You act as a strategic partner to the Senior Leaders of the Division and implement the People Strategy along with other solutions that support business-specific objectives. The role reports to the CHRO of Accelleron and is located in Baden, Switzerland.
Your responsibilities:
- Implement the HR priorities in the organization in line with the People Strategy, covering culture, people, and organization utilizing the existing HR solution portfolio or providing new solutions where appropriate.
- Lead initiatives that benefit the Service Division through increased collaborative trust, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and workforce productivity.
- Partner with business leaders to drive performance management; enhance organizational capabilities and build a robust talent pipeline
- Support Service MT members and their teams in day-to-day HR questions including support in senior recruitments.
- Gather people analytics and evidence-based research to influence business decision and deploy strategic workforce planning, monitor market trends, and drive continuous improvement.
- Mitigate organizational people risk and increase HR process adherence, drive annual people processes across the Global Service Division.
- Bring in business perspective on talent and development needs; collaborate with HR CoEs to identify opportunities and interventions for organizational design by leveraging human capital.
- Orchestrate the HR organization to support and deliver on the defined priorities and secure that the HR team is equipped with needed skills and competences.
- Drive excellence in HR delivery and efficiency together with the Global/Local HR Operations teams.
Your background:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in international HR including multiple years in an HRBP role and as a management team member
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience
- Strong capability of delivering solutions to complex business challenges in a dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively across multiple geographies and business areas.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build trust.
- High level of business acumen.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Business fluency in English and preferably in German
