As an International HR Specialist , your role will be to acquire talents throughout Europe according to ALSO goals. Additionally, you will advise and support Hiring managers in their recruitment processes. HR will support and inspire executives in their efforts to reach the business goals. To be competitive in the future, it is important to attract the most talented employees, develop our employees and retain them.
Key Responsibilities:
Develops, implements and improves processes for recruitment and performance management. Administers recruitments and maintains and improves standard templates for job descriptions and job postings. Maintains external candidate pool and ensures a talent “pipeline” for the business. Performs candidate searches, e.g. on LinkedIn. Solves tickets for HR master data, e.g. for internal staffing. Develops and updates content for the employee portal, e.g. guidelines, policies and HR process documentation. Helps the Business Partners in case of complex queries, non-standardized matters and implementation of HR policies. Provides ad-hoc reports on HR performance, i.e. requested reports by management. Coordinate and follow up with several stakeholders internally, but also externally.Your Profile:
Experience with recruitments and other HR tasks, preferably with international exposure. Professional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Strong problem-solving abilities. Highly structured and organized individual with excellent time management skills. Ability to adapt to different cultural environments and work effectively in a global context. Have a service mindset and not afraid to take on new tasks.We offer you:
