We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Agent to join our Purchasing department in Sofia, Bulgaria, as part of our Purchasing Center of Competence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing inventory levels and creating purchase orders/replenishments from assigned suppliers.
  • Ensuring accurate estimated arrival dates.
  • Verifying correct purchase prices in the system.
  • Handling claims for missing or damaged products.
  • Managing returns and stock rotations.
  • Preparing necessary information for material creation in the system.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A university or college degree.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in using various Office programs, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work with data.
  • Analytical and diligent mindset.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
