We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Agent to join our Purchasing department in Sofia, Bulgaria, as part of our Purchasing Center of Competence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing stock, creating purchase orders, and managing related documents to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of products that meet ALSO group needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze stock levels and create purchase orders/replenishments from assigned suppliers
  • Ensure accurate estimated arrival dates and purchase prices in the system
  • Handle missing/damaged product claims and make returns/stock rotations
  • Prepare necessary information for material creation in the system

Your Ideal Profile:

  • University/College degree
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
  • Able to work with data and analyze information
  • Analytical and diligent, with ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
