We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Agent to join our Purchasing department in Sofia, Bulgaria, as part of the Purchasing Center of Competence of ALSO group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for timely and appropriate purchasing of required products, as well as management of related documents, with the goal of securing the best possible conditions for ALSO group.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze stock levels and create purchase orders/replenishments from assigned suppliers
  • Ensure accurate estimated arrival dates
  • Verify correct purchase prices in the system
  • Handle missing/damaged product claims
  • Manage returns and stock rotations
  • Prepare necessary information for material creation in the system

Your Ideal Profile:

  • University/College degree
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
  • Ability to work with data
  • Analytical and diligent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
