The role

As a Planner, you will be providing support to the planning team to enable and execute the demand and supply planning cycles. This will primarily come through maintenance and regular updating of the ERP system, report creation as well as providing analytical support. The role has scope to evolve and develop over time to take on more responsibility and to develop a career in supply chain planning. The role will report into one of the planning managers within the team.

Location

This role is based at our office in Zug, Switzerland and does not offer relocation assistance.

4 days per week on site

Key responsibilities

  • Support planning finished foods and/or production item requirements
  • Placement of purchase orders for finished goods and/or production items.
  • Associated maintenance of ERP systems (e.g. goods receipt, invoice processing etc).
  • Guarantee accuracy of the inventory
  • Updating of KPIs and reports and regular communication to stakeholders
  • Regular updating of system master data.
  • Creation of transportation orders and associated paperwork.
  • Create and maintain excel spreadsheets to support delivery of the planning cycle.
  • Involve in cross functional projects

Requirements

Key skills and experience required.

  • Experience at a CPG company or other related industry in a similar role is desirable.
  • Has a relevant Supply chain experience, preferably in a planning or production environment
  • Ability to work in a complex multinational environment
  • Willingness to be proactive in identifying problems and developing solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Has a demonstrated passion that align with the core values of Congo Brands.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Power BI, VBA, SQL is a plus
  • Experience with NetSuite, SAP APO, Pega, Kinaxis, Machine learning or other sophisticated planning tools a plus.
