Pod are thrilled to be retained on a search for a newly created Senior Director, Global Supply Chain Planning based in Zug, Switzerland.

This role is a transformational position to overhaul the global planning infrastructure and team from top to bottom, across process, people and technology. Sitting in Switzerland, reporting directly into the Global COO, this role will lead teams across North America, Asia and Europe overseeing Demand, Supply, S&OP and Inventory Management. Working with the sponsorship of the COO and CEO, this role will overhaul business processes and planning to set the company up to be best-in-class and drive growth plans for the future.

The Role

  1. Drive end-to-end Supply Chain planning roadmap across the global business, leading and owning the implementation across talent, technology and processes.
  2. Guide and develop the existing team, mentoring and bringing capabilities throughout the organisation up.
  3. Lead the implementation of a best-in-class S&OP processes, working closely with the CEO and COO.
  4. Drive KPIs and reporting across the Supply Chain, developing visibility across key metrics.

Requirements

  1. Experience leading Supply Chain Planning at a global scale, ideally in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  2. Highly transformational, with experience leading end-to-end planning transformations.
  3. Knowledge of best-in-class planning technologies.
  4. Strong leadership of teams across multiple geographies and cultures.
  5. Highly strategic mindset, with ability to both work within fine details and large strategic roadmaps.

This role is based around the Zug area, and will pay a highly competitive package. Some travel will be required to USA, Singapore, Taiwan. Relocation can be supported for the right candidate.
