The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our planning team, you will play a critical role in enabling and executing the demand and supply planning cycles. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintenance and updating of ERP systems
  • Report creation and analytical support
  • Placement of purchase orders and associated maintenance
  • Guaranteeing accuracy of inventory levels
  • Updating of KPIs and reports, and regular communication to stakeholders
  • Regular updating of system master data
  • Creation of transportation orders and associated paperwork
  • Development and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets to support delivery of the planning cycle
  • Participation in cross-functional projects

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a CPG company or related industry in a similar role
  • Relevant supply chain experience, preferably in a planning or production environment
  • Ability to work in a complex multinational environment
  • Proactive approach to identifying problems and developing solutions
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrated passion for the core values of Congo Brands
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with Power BI, VBA, SQL, and/or sophisticated planning tools

Location

This role is based at our office in Zug, Switzerland, and does not offer relocation assistance. The role requires 4 days per week on-site work.
