Job Overview

IQVIA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Pharma Export and Import Specialist. This role will be responsible for coordinating and organizing the temperature-controlled transportation of national and international shipments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and plan shipping activities in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with export and import regulations, including licenses and good distribution practices (GDP).
  • Generate shipping documents, such as proforma invoices and pick lists.
  • Support the import group with import activities and provide expertise on export and import procedures.

Requirements

  • Up to 2 years' experience in export and/or import activities in the pharma industry.
  • Project management skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English and German, both verbally and in writing.
