- Als Teil unseres Beraterteams erarbeiten Sie kreative Lösungen für zukunftsfähige Supply Chains unserer Kunden
- In enger Abstimmung mit unseren Kunden analysieren Sie Geschäftsprozesse und (Kunden-)Anforderungen, ermitteln logistische Mengenströme und entwickeln daraus Handlungsoptionen und Optimierungskonzepte
- Bei Kundenpräsentationen und Workshops unterstützen Sie aktiv bei der Umsetzung der vorgeschlagenen Lösungen und können früh Verantwortung übernehmen
- In spannenden Projekten zur strategischen Ausrichtung der Organisation, in Netzwerk
- und Outsourcing-Studien oder bei Bestands
- und Transportoptimierungen erarbeiten Sie sich ein breites und fundiertes Wissen im Bereich Supply Chain Strategy
- Zusätzlich zur Arbeit in Kundenprojekten entwickeln Sie innerhalb des Kompetenzfelds Supply Chain Strategy unsere Beratungsansätze und -methoden weiter
- Überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, Informatik oder Maschinenbaus vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain Management oder Data Analytics
- Praktika, Abschlussarbeit oder erste Berufserfahrungen im Supply Chain Umfeld
- Kenntnisse in Analyse-Tools wie SQL, R, Python für die Verarbeitung umfangreicher Daten und die Entwicklung anspruchsvoller Modelle sind von Vorteil
- Sehr gute analytische, kreative und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Freude an kundenorientierter Beratung und problemlösungsorientierter Projektarbeit im internationalen Umfeld
- Bereitschaft zu Übernahme von Verantwortung
- Interesse am Umgang und Einsatz moderner Datenmodellierungs und Datenvisualisierungstools
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Französisch
- und Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil
