Für den Aufbau einer neuen Vertriebsgesellschaft für den deutschen Markt innerhalb der KNF Gruppe bieten wir eine Position als Leitung Finanzen & Controlling (m/w/d ) an

Wir suchen einen Allrounder (m/w/d), der das Tagesgeschäft kennt, sein Fachwissen in dieser verantwortungsvollen Führungsposition im Bereich Finanzen, Controlling und Administration miteinbringt und die Zukunft des Unternehmens mitgestalten will. Der Aufbau der neuen Gesellschaft bedeutet, sich strategisch wie operativ beteiligen und gestalten zu können.

Die Position ist Teil der Geschäftsführung der neuen Gesellschaft und eingebunden in die globale Finanz-Organisation der Gruppe.

Ihre Herausforderung

Mitarbeit und Sicherstellung des Tagesgeschäfts (u. a. Anlagen-, Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung, Mahnwesen) Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung des monatlichen Melde- und Berichtswesens nach Einhaltung der Gesetze und Unternehmensvorschriften Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB und nach Konsolidierungsvorgaben Verantwortung für das Controlling, den Budgetprozess und die Jahresplanung Definition, Monitoring und Analyse der Unternehmenskennzahlen sowie Ableitung von entsprechenden Maßnahmen gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsleitung  Erstellung von Reports, Ad-Hoc-Auswertungen und Analysen für die Geschäftsleitung Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse und Abläufe zur Effizienzsteigerung  Sparringpartner für das Management Team und Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für Wirtschafts- und Betriebsprüfung, Steuerberatung, Banken sowie Behörden

Ihre Qualifikation

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, mit entsprechender Weiterbildung, z. B. zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Finanz- und Rechnungswesen Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich, vorzugsweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und ausreichend Rechtkenntnisse für das Tagesgeschäft  Proaktives Einbringen zum Aufbau der Organisation und Entwicklung / Verbesserung der Prozesse Analytisches Denkvermögen mit schneller Auffassungsgabe Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Diskretion Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und erste Führungserfahrung ist wünschenswert Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt Fortgeschrittene Anwenderkenntnisse in einem ERP-System, vorzugsweise SAP Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude an der Mitarbeit zur Entwicklung des Geschäfts runden Ihr Profil ab
