**HEAD OF SALES FOR THE ENERGY MAREKT**
The Head of Sales for the Energy Market leads the global Energy sales teams, sales offices, sales operations. He owns the Sales & Marketing strategy and customer relationships for the OEM and End User markets. He ensures the maximization of the business operating performance achieving its financial goals and aligning with the Division’s strategic plan, as well as analyses global markets and actively seeks development and business opportunities.
**The Position**:
- Leads and directs the Sales and Marketing organization, develops and manages the leaders to ensure team competencies and capabilities are aligned to reach business goals and expectations.
- Develops long-term plans that impact the achievement of the business results and incorporates broad knowledge to address complex, unusual and critical issues.
- Develops strong and innovative marketing strategies to generates high interest in company products and services.
- Manage the profit and loss of the Sales and Marketing activities.
- Drives change transformation and strategy execution to achieve specific business results.
- Ensures the sales and marketing strategy are aligned with present and future requirements of the business.
- Develop the Budget and long term strategic sales plan and targets to hit company strategic goals.
- Contributor to the establishment of the business unit’s strategic roadmap.
- Own and continuously improve the Sales process automation (Lead - Configure - Price Quote - Order - Link to ‘Make’ - Delivery - Cash), leveraging tools like (CPQ, SFDC, SAP).
- Continuously drive process and cost improvements in the Sales Back-office operations, by leveraging best-in-class technology, transactional process improvements and global offices.
- Own and deliver a regular Sales Forecasting
- Build strong relationships within the Division, Parker Aerospace and Parker Corporate teams and the Site Support functions as well as excellent external network with customers and business stakeholders to influence and deliver the growth plan.
**Your Profile**:
- Master’s degree in Engineering and MBA or equivalent combination of relevant education
- Strong technical background and understanding of the Energy condition monitoring market
- At least 10 years’ experience in Sales or other relevant experience.
- Solid finance background to assess and understand impacts of decisions on the company
- Able to execute functional business plans and contribute to the development of functional strategy
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to influence and engage at all levels to drive vision and purpose
- Excellent communication, change management and decision-making skills
