Ferring+You
As Senior Manufacturing Site Procurement Specialist, you will have the opportunity to lead the transformation of our purchasing system. You will participate in the definition and implementation of our site’s strategy. You will ensure Purchasing efficiency of the Production Site, optimize services, costs and quality by selecting and managing commercial relationships with the most appropriate suppliers and non-inventory goods, Services and CAPEX.
Your day at Ferring
Supplier Relationship Management:
Establish site’s purchasing strategy;
Lead a continuous cost improvement program with our top suppliers;
Analyze datas of the existing supply base: segmentation/ rationalization;
Proactively work with suppliers to strengthen business relations (reduce Cost, improve overall supply chain performance, and reduce lead-times).
Contract Management:
Manage the purchasing process and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards;
Negotiate and finalize contracts for non-inventory goods: Spare part, consumable, maintenance agreement OpEx for the Production site;
Ensure contracts sign-off.
Sourcing:
Engage with users to define purchasing needs, URS;
Prepare purchasing project charter (objectives, resources, timelines, specifications, supplier selection criteria);
Deal with Ferring Sourcing Process (RFI, RFQ, negotiation, contracting);
Ensure a high level of satisfaction among all internal stakeholders;
Manages Supplier master data, in coordination with local and global data teams.

7+ years operational experience in technical procurement (is a must)
Required technical background
Technical knowledge on services and parts involved in Maintenance activities
Experiences in pharma & Automotive industry
Experience in purchasing & industrial manufacturing sector
Negotiations & Analytical skills
Mastering of Purchasing to Pay processes
Lead cost transformation project – Leadership
Stakeholder management
Tools usage (ERP, Coupa, SAP, Excel, BI)
Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
Master degree
Language : Fluent in English & French Mandatory, German is a plus
