Requirements:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Proficiency in business process modeling and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, IBM JAZZ, M365 Suite) Familiarity with global quality management and process standards and/or frameworks (ISO 9001, IEC 27001, CMMI, ITIL) Experience leading Agile teams (Scrum Master, Product Owner, etc.) adopting frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, Lean, Kanban Change management experience or qualification Knowledge in understanding business processes and operating practices of complex software & technology organizationDesired Skills:
Interest in AI technologies and out-of-the-box thinking Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Proactive, resilient, and a continuous learner Excellent written and spoken English (German a plus)Employee benefits
