Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Director, Restaurant Processes, BK, International. This role is responsible for designing and implementing processes that drive operational excellence across our Burger King restaurants globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, consistency, and guest experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes and procedures.
- Provide training and support to regional teams on process implementation and adoption.
- Work closely with brand marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand standards and priorities.
- Engage with Operations Standards teams to ensure new processes are encoded into official documentation.
- Review and improve training materials developed on new and existing processes.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate process effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in a restaurant operations leadership role, preferably in the quick service restaurant industry.
- 5+ years' experience in an operational role with regional/global scale in the quick service restaurant industry.
- 2+ years' experience in project management.
- Basic business and financial acumen.
- Solid problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office stack.
- Experience working on global/international teams is preferred.
- Fluent English is required.
