Job Overview:This position is responsible for designing and implementing processes that drive operational excellence in Burger King restaurants globally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, project management, and process improvement, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement process improvements that drive operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes and procedures.
- Provide training and support to restaurant teams on new processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials.
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or process improvement.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluent English language skills.
