Als Head of Process Automation, Workflow & RPA bist du Teil des Managements und arbeitest an vorderster Front beim Aufbau der neuen Unit «Process Automation, Workflow & RPA» mit.

**Deine Aufgaben bei uns**:

- Die Inacta ist bei Versicherungen und Banken ausgezeichnet vernetzt. Du nutzt das Netzwerk, um neue Projekte zu akquirieren, pflegst bestehende Kontakte und baust das Netzwerk weiter aus
- Du bist unternehmerisch verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Strategie, welche das Wachstum und die Rentabilität fördert, und wirst entsprechend auch am Erfolg deiner Unit und des Unternehmens beteiligt Du entwickelst mit deinem Team innovative Lösungen und setzt diese erfolgreich um
- Du begleitest die Mitarbeitenden bei ihrer Entwicklung und motivierst sie, über sich selbst hinauszuwachsen. Du erstellst klare Ziele, bietest eine helfende Hand und förderst gemeinsam mit deinem Team jüngere Mitarbeitende in ihrer Entwicklung
- Mit deinem Geschäftssinn entwickelst du Business Cases auf Basis von Möglichkeiten für die Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen
- Du bist den Entwicklungen in den jeweiligen Branchen immer einen Schritt voraus und verfolgst aufmerksam die neuesten Trends
- Du entwickelst ein tiefes Verständnis der Kundenbedürfnisse, Anwendungsfälle und Ziele, um die Transformation und Automatisierung der Geschäftsprozesse der Kunden zu gestalten
- Als inspirierende Führungsperson baust du ein diverses und inklusives Team auf, erkennst das Potenzial jedes einzelnen Teammitglieds und förderst es. Du motivierst und beflügelst die Mitarbeitenden, um gemeinsam Ideen zu verwirklichen, innovative Lösungen auszuarbeiten und eure Ziele zu erreichen

Du bist ein/e Experte/in in Techniken der Datenanalyse und bringst ein tiefes Verständnis für statistische Methoden und Werkzeuge zur Interpretation von Prozessdaten mit
Du verfügst über 6+ Jahre Erfahrung in Process Automation, Workflow Optimization und RPA Consulting sowie Teamführung
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten
Du bringst die entsprechenden fachlichen Erfahrungen in den Branchen Krankenversicherungen, Versicherungen und Banken mit
- Du bist versiert in Data Analytics und in den folgenden Bereichen o Process Mining: Erfahrungen mit Celonis, Disco oder ProM o Workflow-Automation: Erfahrungen mit Asana oder Trello o RPA: UiPath, Automation Anywhere oder Blue Prism o Software Development: Python, Java, C++ oder.NET
