Als Strategic Account Manager (m/w/d) sind Sie verkäuferischer und fachtechnischer Vertreter von Zimmer Biomet. Sie betreuen ein definiertes Kundenportfolio innerhalb Ihrer Verkaufsregion und überzeugen durch Ihre Expertise in einem oder mehrerer Produktsegmente. Sie berichten hierbei direkt an den Strategic Accounts Recon & TDS Lead

Welchen Mehrwert Sie schaffen

Verantwortung für alle TDS-Projekte in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Recon-Team und deren Weiterverfolgung Management von Goldkunden in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Recon-Team für das gesamte Recon & TDS Portfolio Verhandlungen und Vertragsabschlüsse mit Krankenhäusern in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Pricing & Tender Team Fokus auf Networking mit C-Suite und Buying Groups in Gold- und Platin-Krankenhäusern Aktive Teilnahme an Projekten zur Gestaltung und Implementierung neuer Produktangebote und kommerzieller Initiativen Repräsentation von ZB TDS gegenüber Kunden und Branchenverbänden Sicherstellen, dass ZB auf dem Markt angemessen vertreten ist und als vertrauenswürdiger und zuverlässiger Partner der Wahl anerkannt wird Verantwortlich dafür, dass die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette (von Pre-Sales bis Post-Sales) sowie die bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit bei ZB ein hervorragendes Kundenerlebnis bieten

Was Sie auszeichnet

Master-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft und/oder in einem gesundheitsbezogenen Studiengang oder vergleichbare Ausbildung erforderlich Min. 10 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung, mit Multi-Channel-Ansatz, idealerweise gepaart mit fundierten Kenntnissen der Betriebsabläufe in Krankenhäusern

Senior Professional mit ausgeprägtem strategischen- und unternehmerischem Denken Change Agent mit einem hohen Maß an zwischenmenschlichen- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Starke Persönlichkeit, die durch ihr Engagement sich und andere zu Höchstleitungen motivieren kann  Hohe Flexibilität Starke persönliche Integrität und Werte Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management und in Verhandlungen auf C-Ebene Strukturiertes Arbeiten, insbesondere bei komplexen Aufgabenstellungen Exzellente kommunikative Fähigkeiten Gute Englischkenntnisse
