Vous êtes responsable du suivi et du développement d’une offre produits, de sa conception design à sa commercialisation, encadré par un Chef de Groupe qui a la supervision d’un pôle produits plus large.
Avec votre Chef de Groupe, vous êtes garant et force de proposition de la stratégie à 3 ans de vos collections produit. Pour cela vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les départements Design, Développement, Marketing, Digital, Commercial et Training ainsi qu’avec nos filiales.
Pour cela, vous êtes associé(e) à l’élaboration et au déploiement de la Stratégie Produit et intervenez à chaque étape :
- Vous assurez une veille concurrentielle et analysez les tendances du marché sur votre segment d’offre.
- Vous analysez la performance de vos lignes de produits, ainsi que le cycle de vie de vos collections. Vous élaborez ensuite des recommandations pour les lancements majeurs sur l’ensemble de la distribution (Retail, Franchises, Wholesale).
- Vous contribuez au développement et à la mise en œuvre du plan produit de A à Z : formalisation du bref design et technique, suivi du développement & des itérations techniques entre la CAO et les designers, implication dans les arbitrages esthétiques & techniques pour présenter les nouveautés au Comité de Direction, établissement du positionnement du produit, briefing des équipes Commerciales & Marketing.
- Vous êtes garant de la fiabilité de l’information Produits destinée aux équipes Marketing, Digitales et Commerciales pour le siège et les filiales (fiches produits, catalogue, leaflets, textes site internet…)
- Vous êtes également amené(e) à présenter les produits à des interlocuteurs variés, internes comme externes, au travers de formations, de rendez-vous commerciaux ou presse comme aux salons annuels horlogers (ex : Watches & Wonders).
- Vous participez à des projets transversaux d’équipe tels que la problématique de besoins spécifiques régionaux potentiels.
Votre profil:
- Diplômé(e) d’une Haute Ecole de Commerce, d’un Master Universitaire, d’une Ecole d’Ingénieur ou équivalent avec une spécialisation en marketing, vous disposez d’environ 5 ans d’expérience dans le développement stratégique de produits horlogers, ce qui vous confère une très bonne compréhension du marché.
- A la fois créatif et doté(e) d’excellentes capacités d’analyse, votre sensibilité produit et votre rigueur vous permettent à la fois d’être force de proposition et de produire des résultats concrets. Exigeant(e) sur la tenue des engagements et l’atteinte des objectifs fixés, vous êtes également doté(e) d’excellentes facultés de communication qui vous permettent de faire adhérer vos interlocuteurs à vos enjeux.
- Autonome, votre grande aisance relationnelle, votre fort esprit d’équipe, votre motivation et votre intérêt pour la technicité de nos produits vous permet de dialoguer et de créer des relations fortes avec nos partenaires, et d’animer et motiver des équipes transverses.
- Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques courants (Powerpoint, Excel…) et vous avez un excellent niveau d’anglais à l’oral comme à l’écrit. Au-delà de vos compétences en développement produit, vous disposez d’un sens du luxe et de l’esthétique.
