Senior Product Manager

The role is a full-time permanent position working.YOUR MISSION This role is responsible for the management of our portfolio of autoimmunity diagnostic products and is responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from market research and product development to launch and post-launch performance.Your main responsibilities will include:Develop and implement product strategies aligned with company goals and market demands.Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.Work closely with R&D, regulatory, and clinical teams to guide product development and ensure alignment with market requirements.Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch evaluation.Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and threats.Maintain a deep understanding of the autoimmunity diagnostic market and related technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, sales, and regulatory to ensure successful product development and launch.Act as the product champion internally and externally, representing the product line at conferences, customer meetings, and other events.Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.Provide training and support to the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively promote the products.YOUR COMPETENCIESAn expert in autoimmunity diagnosticsRelevant experience in a similar roleStrong experience of working with the Diagnostics, Medical Device or Biotech industryStrong commercial and marketing skillsAbility to bujld and defend business cases with strong financial acumenStrong interpersonal skills to interact and engage with customers and peers WHAT WE OFFERA highly dynamic and growing environment.An opportunity to live your passion for intrapreneurial mindset, where cultivating innovation and customer centricity are at the heart of everything we do.A flexible working environment where applicable as well as a range of core and additional benefits ranging from lunch allowance support, annual leave, mobility and access to marketplace discounts.Interested?
