With our technical capabilities, the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team is able to manage multiple systems and our operational capabilities enable us to have medications available when and where needed, reducing inefficiency and waste for nursing and pharmacy teams.
**About the role**:
**As Sr Marketing manager** will be a key member of the team that is responsible for bringing new innovated infusion products and line extensions to market. This role will be accountable for the achievement of key strategic marketing objectives including, but not limited to leading the commercialization of new product initiatives, being a liaison to regional marketing counterparts and exceeding global revenue targets for BD’s Infusion Portfolio. This role influences product development and drives the execution of marketing plans. Demonstrates marketing expertise through specific and advanced set of skills and knowledge.
**Main responsibilities will include**:
- Provides marketing leadership in portfolio planning, conceptualization, go-to-market strategy, product positioning, messaging, and holistic marketing strategies.
- Leads the successful development and execution of new product launches and related global commercialization plans, strategies, and activities.
- Works closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams with members in R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, Legal, Finance and other functional areas to lead to timely project execution for line extensions and new product development.
- Develop insights through market research and analytics to inform marketing and product development decision-making, plans and activities to support the product portfolio.
- Strong interpersonal skills related to interfacing and establishing relationships with customers and key influencers to ensure that marketing decisions are customer driven.
- Build and manage close relationships with regional teams and influencers to achieve market development goals and stay abreast of emerging market trends. Demonstrate expertise on the competitive landscape.
- Creates and champions annual global marketing plan to ensure the achievement of financial/budget expectations and product line strategies, including market sensing, market development and related initiatives.
**About you**:
- Minimum of 4 + years in product and/or market management.
- Medical device marketing experience is strongly preferred
- Experience and understanding of working in a large matrix organization
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA qualification preferred
- Proficiency in English - Additional European language is an advantage
- Willing to travel 20/40% of the time
