**Job Description Summary**: The IPD platform is recruiting for a Global pricing & Business Analytics Manager. It is a very exciting opportunity for anyone with a background in finance or analytics, who is able to lead and manage complex projects and interested in taking the next step in their career. The Global Pricing & Business Analytics Manager will be working on pricing strategies in alignment with regions, lead the establishment of market models as 'source of truth' and take an active role in strategic, cross-portfolio platform initiatives.

**Summary/ About the role**

Within the IPD business, there has been a growing emphasis on pricing, profitability, and improved market understanding, where this role is expected to play a pivotal role.

As **Global Pricing & Business Analytics Manager** you will have responsibility for developing and implementing pricing strategies that will support the portfolio and business goals of the IPD business, meeting profitability as well as growth expectations of the company. You will also be responsible for building out the reporting infrastructure, as well as owning the technical aspects and maintenance of the Pricing, Profitability and PLCM tools.

In addition, you will lead the establishment of IPD infusion market models as the ‘source of truth’ for the platform as well as regions and drive continued enhancements of these models as per business needs. You will be expected to challenge and improve existing data sources and formulate key insights in support of the annual strategic review and marketing planning.

Lastly, you will take an active role in the management of strategic, cross-portfolio platform initiatives. Those initiatives typically have a longer time horizon and are pivotal in achieving the longer-term growth ambitions of the platform. Such initiatives may include developing a GTM strategy for the IPD portfolio in a new market segment or leading the build-out of training and education capabilities.

In these activities, you will demonstrate your strong combination of analytical, strategic, and interpersonal skills, to drive results efficiently and in a timely manner.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong technical background in analytics or finance, able to navigate in a matrix organization, able to manage complex projects and to communicate clearly and effectively.

**Main responsibilities will include**:
**Pricing Strategy & Management**
- Developing and implementing pricing strategies in support of business goals
- Conduct period reviews with portfolio leaders to identify pricing/ margin opportunities as part of the PLC review and act as core team member for new product launches
- Establish strategic alignment with regions on the process and output of annual pricing/ GP targets and corridors
- Maintain and further pricing reporting infrastructure and its utilization.

**Market Understanding and Insights**
- Maintenance and improvement of IPD infusion market model, drive for alignment with regions in support or ASR and AMP exercise, working with external vendors as needed.
- Use trend analysis, statistics, and other data analysis techniques to understand market trends, long-term demand forecast, WAMGRs and market share projections

**Strategic initiatives**
- Support cross-portfolio strategic projects in support of achieving the platform’s long-term growth ambitions.

**About you**
- +5 years of experience in finance, pricing, marketing or similar roles
- Advanced Proficiency with MS Office/ Excel, PowerBI and other ERP and financial reporting tools
- Good understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and tools.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable to engage and liaise with various stakeholders within BD (Finance, Marketing, Operations, regions ).
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, and ability to translate data into insights and clear recommendations.
- Fluency in English; other additional European languages as an advantage.
