Sie werden eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammenarbeiten und direkt an den Chief Legal Officer berichten.Hauptaufgaben:Bearbeiten von arbeits- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fällen, sowohl intern als auch für das KundenportfolioVerfassen von Rechtsschriften im Rahmen von GAV UnternehmenskontrollenBeraten der Kunden in Fragen des Handels- und Gesellschaftsrechts und im Rahmen von UnternehmensgründungenUnterstützung des Rechtsteams bei der Durchführung von Schweizweiten InitiativenQualifikationen:Einen juristischen Abschluss, idealerweise ergänzt mit einer Spezialisierung im Arbeitsrecht und/oder SozialversicherungsrechtSehr gute Kenntnisse des schweizerischen Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrechts Verhandlungssichere DeutschkenntnisseEine dynamische und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an komplexen wirtschaftlichen ZusammenhängenAnalytische und konzeptionelle FähigkeitenBitte beachten Sie, dass wir nur Bewerbungen von Kandidaten (m/w/d) annehmen können, die eine gültige Arbeitserlaubnis haben und in der Schweiz ansässig sind.
