The Senior Legal Counsel will support the legal team by reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements. The successful candidate will provide guidance on a wide range of legal matters, including Swiss employment law. Proficiency in German and English is essential for this role.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDraft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements related to procurement, manufacturing, IT services, and business operations.Provide legal guidance on supplier relationships, contract management, and procurement processes to ensure compliance.Advise on employment law matters, particularly in Switzerland and Germany, supporting HR and leadership on policies, disputes, and compliance.Support business operations by offering legal advice to teams involved in logistics, trade, marketing, R&D, and sales.Manage disputes and legal risk, including settlements with suppliers, business partners, and employees.Advise on competition law and intellectual property matters, including trademarks, copyrights, and marketing compliance, as needed.YOUR PROFILELaw degree from a recognized institutionBar admission in at least one jurisdiction is highly preferred10 years of legal experience in both a law firm and an in-house role within a multinational companyStrong knowledge of Swiss employment law (knowledge of German or French employment law is a strong plus).Proficiency in English and German; additional languages are an advantage.Ability to work effectively within diverse, cross-functional, and multicultural teams.HOW TO APPLYPlease submit your application via our Careers portal, including a resume.
