To support its global legal operations during a period of increased activity, we are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel. The role will focus on reviewing, processing, and standardizing Master Service Agreements (MSAs), particularly those related to laboratory services and clinical trials.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESReview and process MSAs from multiple global regionsStandardize contract templates into a concentrated group of contracting formatsProvide legal advice on laboratory and clinical trial contractsLiaise with internal stakeholders across departments and regionsEnsure legal compliance and risk mitigation across contractual agreementsYOUR PROFILEQualified lawyer with 7–10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)Previous in-house or law firm experience in life sciences, laboratory services, or clinical trialsStrong knowledge of contractual frameworks related to scientific servicesExperience working with international agreements across jurisdictionsAble to work independently and manage a high-volume workloadComfortable working remotely and across time zonesFluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus but not requiredHOW TO APPLYPlease submit your application via our Careers portal, including a resume.
