Responsible for the effective implementation of business strategy by focusing on developing and adapting the business model, and capitalizing on growth opportunities, both organic and through external transactions.YOUR CHALLENGEEnable the business strategy process from strategy definition to strategy implementationEnsure strategic alignment across the organization Support the various entities / units within the organization in defining and operationalizing their strategiesDevelop business cases related to potential new markets, locations, client segments and servicesIdentify and assess external growth opportunities i.e. Merger & Acquisition targets in line with strategic direction Generate strategic insights based on in-depth research, outline recommendations and enable informed decision-making of senior leadershipDevelop measures, projects and initiatives that enable the realization of the organization's strategy and objectivesDrive strategic projects and initiatives that address the organization's strategic prioritiesYOUR PROFILEDemonstrated experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworksExcellent project management skillsFinancial and/or Merger & Acquisition modelling, valuation and financial planning and analysis skillsAbility to collaborate successfully with various internal and external stakeholders on all levels of the organizationExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish credibility and strong relationships with senior stakeholdersSelf-motivated, team-oriented and hands-on personalityProficient user in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPointRelevant higher educational and professional backgroundWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
