**Corporate Strategy Manager**:

**Your responsibilities**:

- Identify and review key growth opportunities and market developments
- Develop strategic & analytical frameworks, to create a culture of new idea generation
- Scope, develop and execute work plans for the analyses laid out in such frameworks
- Oversee the collection and analysis of information to develop/evaluate potential growth opportunities, financial modeling, and competitive analyses
- Formulate output derived from projects into concise and articulate presentations
- Prepare high-impact documents enabling effective decision making in senior and executive management meetings
- Engage senior leadership in discussions and presentations to solicit input and get buy-in and act as thought partner; lead strategy workshops
- Act as thought partner to businesses and functions on strategy
- Coach and manage junior members in the Corporate Strategy & Portfolio team

**Your background**:

- Approx. 8 years relevant work experience, e.g. as typically found at the level of an experienced project/ case team leader from a top-tier consultancy
- Excellent analytical skills - structuring, problem solving
- Strong project-management skills - must have led critical workstreams in strategy development or M&A projects in the past with proven results
- Ability to effectively guide, leverage and challenge project teams across levels, functions, and regions
- Passion for tackling complex problems, with a high level of curiosity, eagerness to learn and initiate engagement with others
- Excellent written (text and visuals) and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to thrive in international and increasingly digital/ remote work environment
- Experience in commercial due diligence and other strategic aspects of portfolio management or M&A is a plus
- Experience in broader industrial sector. Knowledge of ABB-specific markets and competitors is a plus
