**Responsibilities & Profile**:
**Your contribution to KPMG**:

- Lead engineering organization to deliver in-flight as well as transformation-oriented programs for the firm's corporate services portfolio (such as finance, logistics, procurement, controlling, digital workplace, end user computing, service management and technology innovation)
- Own delivery value chain and deployment pipeline (people, process and technology) for the portfolio in close collaboration with Value Owners (functions) and System Designers (architects)
- Provide delivery management and people leadership services to the value streams of this portfolio, following prevalent practices of lean, agile and DevOps disciplines
- Manage the portfolio for flow, technical debt and agile maturity, with clear focus on high reliability services
- Continuously manage external accounts and providers
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with internal clients by adding value to their business
- Manage your teams (finance control, facilities, procurement, digital workplace, end user services) and support them in their personal development
- Foster innovation and experimentation in team members and colleagues by being an example for challenging the status quo

**This is what makes you successful**:

- Proficiency and hands-on delivery experience in modern DevOps oriented software delivery approaches and methods (e.g. flow management, value stream mapping, cost of delay/RICE techniques etc.
- Experience with flow based agile and continuous delivery practices with relevant understanding on associated measures and mechanisms to deliver internal offerings as products
- Good understanding of end user services domain, including devices, services, technical support, vendors, procurement, VIP support, digital workplace infrastructure, communications infrastructure, customer support etc.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German, including the ability to translate and present technology solutions in business or management terms
- Learning mindset and ability to adapt in emerging situations
- Engineering mindset with capability to roll-up the sleeves - strong sense of software quality through design, code and test
- Some good grounding in foundations of Better Value Sooner Safer Happier approach to agile, Team Topologies for organization design, Projects to Products transformation and Continuous Delivery
- Be passionate, motivated and think entrepreneurial and support the continuous improvement of the DBT team
