Our teams work at the forefront of antibody discovery and engineering, combining deep scientific expertise with cutting-edge technologies to develop next-generation biologics.Job DescriptionIn this predominantly lab-based role, you will apply your expertise in antibody discovery and engineering to design and execute high-quality experiments, analyze complex datasets, and support the delivery of innovative therapeutic antibody programs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and contribute to antibody discovery programs using phage and/or mammalian display technologies.Design, execute, and interpret experiments independently, generating robust data to guide project decisions.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external clients to advance therapeutic antibody projects.Mentor junior scientists and provide technical training; support line management activities where required.Apply in-depth knowledge of antibody structure, sequence, and therapeutic formats to optimize candidates for efficacy and developability.Perform molecular and cellular biology techniques, including DNA cloning, mammalian cell culture, antibody isolation, and engineering.Conduct and analyze biochemical and cell-based assays, including ELISA, SPR, and flow cytometry/FACS.Essential RequirementsPhD (or equivalent industry experience) in Antibody Discovery, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.At least 3 years of post-doc or industry experience, hands-on experience in antibody drug discovery, ideally within an industry environment.Practical experience with antibody display technologies (phage and/or mammalian display); library construction experience is advantageous.Proven experience with flow cytometry/FACS and biochemical assays such as ELISA and SPR.Additional InsightsLocation:Zurich, Switzerland (on-site role)Contract Type:Full-time, permanentStart Date:ASAPInterested?Send your CV toKhanyi Mabenaatk.-or contact directly atto learn more.
