To expand and strengthen Numab’s proprietary immune-oncology therapeutics pipeline we are looking for a

highly motivated and experienced individual for a role in scientific leadership.

**Pharmacology / Toxicology Leader, Scientist 100%**

In this position you will report to the VP, Translational Science and you will be responsible for the organization,

management, assessment and interpretation of the preclinical pharmacology and toxicology activities of

Numab’s proprietary pipeline assets. You will define and co-ordinate the scientific activities related to

generated and that the quality of science is of the highest level.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Provide expertise and scientific leadership to plan and execute the key preclinical studies for
- Manage CROs to execute on key work packages for:

- GLP and non-GLP toxicology studies
o Pharmacokinetic studies in research and preclinical development
- PK/PD modeling to enable determination of clinical dosing strategies
- Lead the assessment of the PK properties of our pipeline therapeutic molecules in Research, Preclinical

and Clinical Development. Analyze PK parameters, interpret data and make data driven
recommendations
- Prepare required documentation regarding pharmacology and toxicology for regulatory submissions
- Provide guidance to all pipeline programs regarding pharmacology and toxicology requirements and

planning
- Expert knowledge in the field of pharmacology and toxicological assessment of biologics
- Expertise in pharmacokinetic parameter analysis and interpretation, with experience in clinical PK
- Strong experience of working in cross-functional, matrix teams with a proven track record of success
- A strong goal-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- An accurate and independent working style
- Sound oral and written English
