**Data Scientist**:
Our Data Scientist will be introduced in project management context in which they will comprehend the need of the Client, instruct Data engineer on dataset preparation, and choose and construct the best mix of models more suitable for a specific case, they will then discuss the outputs with the client e deliver a final model.

Besides project-related activities, our Data Scientist must actively contribute to our community by activities of research, scouting and creations of new solutions and business development. In this role, you should be highly analytical with a knack for analysis, math and statistics. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for interpreting data. We also want to see a passion for machine-learning and research..

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**:
Data Analysts collect data, such as sales numbers or market research, to help companies make the right decisions. This work encompasses several duties and responsibilities, including:
Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes
Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data
Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns
Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms
Combine models through ensemble modeling
Present information using data visualization techniques
Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges
Collaborate with engineering and product development teams

**Requirements**:
Bachelor or master’s degree in computer engineering, Mathematic Engineer, Informatics, Statistics or similar paths
Strong quantitative mind-set and brilliant analysis capacity
Passion and competence in matters such as data exploration, data analysis and model creation: our team design and develop systems supporting strategic business decisions.
Statistical, Data Mining and Machine Learning competences
Solid knowledge and proven experience in programming and scripting with one or several of the following languages: Python, R, Bash, Java
Experience with tool of version control (Git)
Comprehension of Big Data’s Technologies such as Hadoop, MapReduce, Spark
Deep understanding of relational database, SQL construct and SQL programming
Fundamental will be a fluent Italian and a professional English knowledge

Plus
Knowledge of Deep Learning, NPL and non-structured data analysis thematic
Knowledge of PySpark or Scala programming languages
Knowledge of non-relational database
API Cloud Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence of the main cloud provider (Google, Microsoft, AWS, IBM) and of other Advanced Analytics instruments
Knowledge of acceleration instruments, such as Auto-ML, or of no-code or low-code Analytics suite

Disponible to business trips in Italy or in foreign countries
