Our audit quality group is looking for an individual to support with implementing and operating effectively different global audit quality initiatives and provide coaching.Location:ZurichStart date:Upon agreementWorkload:70-100%Your contribution to KPMGReview business processes and controls to ensure they comply with respective policies and requirements of the applicable standardsProvide coaching and support to process owners and control operatorsWork with different departments and manage key relationshipsSupport your colleagues in Audit Corporates and Financial Services in various aspects of audit qualityActively contribute to continuous improvement initiativesMonitor (project) milestones and follow-up on action plansParticipate in the implementation of different global/regional audit quality initiativesThis is what makes you successfulCompleted Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Compliance or similarAudit, compliance or internal audit backgroundAt least 4 years of experience in the area of implementing, maintaining or auditing processes and internal controls (IKS)Demonstrates critical thinking skills and commitment to delivering high-quality workWillingness to work with various IT toolsStrong time management and organizational skillsProficient English skills, German skills are an assetYour benefitsWe offer a range of generous benefits designed to help you thrive with us and benefit for life.
