By joining us now, you'll be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of robotics—working alongside world-class experts in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.This Position reports to:Business Chief Financial OfficerYour role and responsibilitiesThe role of the internal auditing function is to deliver objective assurance and consulting services aimed at enhancing value and optimizing the organization's operations. It helps the organization accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.The role reports to the Head of Internal Audit.The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybridExecute in the following areas under the overall guidance from the Head of Audit and referring to the standards of the worldwide Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) framework:Lead the delivery and utilization of analytics during audit engagementsOversee the implementation of extensive and intricate operational and financial audits, covering pre-, on-site, and post- phasesAnalyze SAP data over business processesUse data analytics to improve the quality of audits performedCommunicate analytics in an easy to understand manner over business processesPrepare and / or perform quality review of audit work papers i.e. sufficiently complete, detailed and accurate to ascertain the audit work done and to support conclusions reachedResponsible for the preparation of audit reports summarizing findings, risks and recommendationsResponsible for the communication of audit results to audit managementIdentify and evaluate risks within the audited unit besides the audit scope performedAssist in the development of understanding of internal controls in the units auditedCollaborate with other relevant ABB Robotics departments / external auditorsQualifications for the role At least 8 years in Audit / Analytics roles.Proven skills with analytics tools (e.g. SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)Operational experience in relevant business roles and/or a large audit firmUniversity degree or equivalent in Business Administration / Finance / Economics or EngineeringOne or more of the following certifications CIA / CISA / CPA / CFEAdvanced analytical and IT skillsManagerial courage to confront difficult issues with the appropriate responseProficient oral and written communication skills, proficiency in EnglishSignificant international business experienceWe value people from different backgrounds.
