Come and join the momentum of our Global Audit Insurance team In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a highly international, diverse team delivering a digital audit for one of the largest global reinsurance companies.** Assistant Manager or Manager - Global Audit Insurance Your contribution to KPMG - Audit consolidated and annual financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards on-site at our clients' premises - Examine the international clients' business processes and workflows - Hone your technical expertise working on large, complex topics and transactions, including the implementation of IFRS 17/9 - Learn to lead and deliver a "next generation audit" using advanced technology and data & analytics to deliver a "next generation audit" - Lead the day-to-day business of the audit team in collaboration with the client in order to meet internal and external deadlines - Mentor and coach an international, diverse teams on technical accounting, auditing, financial reporting and internal controls topics - Play an active role to promote a collaborative environment, team culture and client service mindset among the audit team - Build a cross-functional and cross-border network of experts to share information, successes and best practices across KPMG member firms This is what makes you successful - Master (preferred) or Bachelor Degree (e.g. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration) - (Swiss) Certified Accountant, CPA or similar professional accreditation - 5-7 years of professional experience with group audit engagements with a focus on financial services or insurance clients is a must - Strong knowledge of IFRS & ISA is a must - Strong knowledge of US GAAP & US GAAS is a plus - Fluent in English - French or, German is a plus - You are proactive, flexible, team oriented and have a client focus - Proven leadership experience and ability to coach/mentor junior/experienced staff - Ability to foster cross-team communication - Information sharing and collaboration Your benefits We offer a range of generous benefits designed to help you thrive with us and benefit for life.
