We are looking for an Assistant Relationship Manager (Private Banking) for the German-speaking market. Assistant Relationship Manager (Private Banking) About the role: You will support Senior Relationship Managers in delivering a first-class client experience. Your key responsibilities include: - Client Support & Administration - Assist in day-to-day servicing of German-domiciled private banking clients. - Prepare account opening documentation, manage KYC/AML updates, and handle administrative requests. - Coordinate with internal departments (Compliance, Operations, Investment Advisory). - Business Development Support - Prepare bespoke presentations, proposals, and RFP responses tailored to prospective and existing clients. - Support the onboarding of new clients and contribute to internal business development initiatives. - Investment & Portfolio Support - Help monitor client portfolios and prepare investment reports and briefing notes. - Assist with trade execution workflows and internal booking processes. - Operational Excellence - Maintain client files and ensure data quality in CRM systems. - Prepare meeting agendas, follow-up notes, and documentation for client reviews. About the candidate: - 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within private banking or wealth management. - Solid understanding of banking products, investment concepts, and compliance processes. - Excellent communication skills in German (native level) and English; additional languages are an asset. - Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail. - Proficient with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. - Client-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team. jid06f488cafr jit1148afr jpiy25afr
