Assistant Manager or Manager - Audit Workflow Team

Your contribution to KPMG
- Invest 30% of your time on client engagement work, especially during busy season and focus on your internal role in the Audit workflow team with your remaining 70%
- Identify of possible improvements (efficiency and quality) along the audit lifecycle
- Shape and redefine audit processes with stakeholders by involving the latest audit & process automation technologies (e.g. develop and deploy new or adapted Audit tools & methods within Audit Corporates in Switzerland)
- Communicate and train the created content during the official Audit education sessions
- Ensure the success of the project by focusing on the core ambition (standardization, simplification, efficiency, quality) and through continuous and steady communication
- Interact with broad variety of stakeholders
- Measure and analyze the impact on our delivery model
- Act as an Engagement Team Coach

This is what makes you successful
- Bachelor or Master degree in economics or equivalent
- Preferably accounting degree (CPA, ACCA or equivalent)
- 3-5 years of audit experience in the audit environment (Big 4 or similar) - Ability to work in a multicultural and multilingual environment
- Good project management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to details
- Dedication to achieve high standards of client service and professionalism
- Proactive, stress-resilient, flexible
- Knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER and/or IFRS is an advantage
- Experience and ability in Coaching or Training is a plus
- Proficient English skills and good German skills
