We are currently seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join a leading Swiss advisory and audit firm based in Zurich. The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a high-quality client portfolio within the financial and fiduciary sector, while working in a collaborative and professional environment.Your responsibilitiesLead and manage audit engagements for a varied client portfolio, ensuring top-quality service and compliance with Swiss and international standards (OR, Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS).Act as a trusted advisor to your clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations.Supervise and coach junior team members, fostering their professional growth.Contribute to the ongoing development of your business unit through active involvement in internal projects and client acquisition.Maintain and expand client relationships through excellent service delivery and proactive communication.Your profileCertified Public Accountant (Swiss dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer) or licensed audit expert.Several years of proven experience auditing or advisingpension funds / employee benefit institutionsin Switzerland.Native or fluentGerman(required, as you will cover the Swiss German region).Strong technical knowledge of Swiss accounting and audit standards (OR, Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS).Independent, structured, and detail-oriented work style with a high level of professionalism.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, client-focused mindset.Available to start inJanuary 2026.
