Our mission: We safely power your flight.Quality ManagerAs part of the Safety & Regulatory Compliance organization, you will ensure an effective and compliant Safety & Quality Management System across our sites. You will monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and act as a key interface with authorities, customers and internal stakeholders to maintain the highest safety and quality standards.Your tasksEnsure an effective Safety & Quality Management System in accordance with aviation regulations and international standards (e.g. EN 9110, ICAO)Perform safety, compliance and quality audits as an authorized auditor, ensuring timely closure of findingsSupport Business Units with root cause analyses, preventive actions and continuous improvement initiativesMonitor safety and compliance performance, identify gaps and escalate deviations early.Drive the development of the Management System and promote a strong safety and compliance cultureLiaise with authorities, customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders on audit and compliance mattersOversee and improve the use of Q-Pulse (audit database), including checklists, documentation and trendingYour ProfileTechnical degree in aerospace, mechanical engineering or related field, or equivalent experience in compliance/quality functionsStrong knowledge of civil aviation regulations; EASA continuing airworthiness preferredAdvanced experience with compliance audits, certification processes and quality assurance systems (ideally within aviation)Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and structured working styleExcellent communication, stakeholder management and training skillsProficient in MS Office; experience with SAP and Q-Pulse is an advantageProfessional proficiency in English; German is a plusWe offerWe offer an attractive position in a global and dynamic company.
