**Your role**
In this newly created position, you will have the opportunity to set foot in the data centre’s industry. This is an entry position, targeted for professionals who seek to explore the field of quality assurance in the biggest growing industry post covid. The Junior Quality Manager will be a part of the SQHSE team.
As a Junior Quality Manager, you will perform quality management support and keep the firm in line of the quality standards expected by the industry. You will have a key role delivering process quality work frames to internal and external clients.
You will support the local Quality Manager in conduction of internal audits and management review in combination with training and support for all employees and work on improvement projects is the core in preparation for the external audits.
**Your profile**
- A well-balanced person who can work under pressure and can handle escalations calmly and competently
- Perceptive personality for relevant quality data
- A team player who contributes to team efforts and can also work independently, demonstrating initiative and proactiveness.
- Excellent and effective communication skills, both oral and written in English and German
- Responsible, organized, and goal-oriented work style with a “can do attitude”
- Experience in Data Centre / IT environment is considered an advantage.
- Educated in a Numerical / Technical / Auditing field (Bachelor / Master’s degree)
- In possession of a good sense of humour
