Our client is a logistics company looking to extend his business into pharmaceutical logistics. Position is based in Zurich Area.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Take overall responsibility for Quality and Regulatory purposes within the company/entity and acts as Qualified Person for compliance matters on Pharma Logistics activity
- Drive pharmaceutical compliance of pharma operations and auditability any time, as per internal and/or external requirements.
- Drive certification processes and documentation compliance
- Drive Pharma Quality system deployment, maintenance and compliance throughout the Logistics Pharma entity and as required by the regulatory requirements of the countries operated
- Drive validation/qualification processes and/or resources for pharmaceutical use
- Manage Regulatory Vigilance referring to pharmaceutical requirements, internally and/or externally
- Drive internal training on regulatory requirements and quality processes
- Support environment and business sustainability within the new pharma segment
**Your profile**:
- Proven experience in pharma environment, ideally with logistics and/or pharma distribution with the ability to act as “Qualified Person” for the company
- At least 3 years of management experiences
- University degree or equivalent proven expertise
- Proven ability to collaborate across various groups, build relationships and manage effectively in a dynamic organization
- Negotiation and influential skills proven competencies
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter that takes ownership and able to identify opportunities
- Willingness to travel across EU (20-30%)
