We are Givaudan. Human by nature.- We are seeking an experienced Quality Systems Manager to join our team. As a Quality Systems Manager, you will lead the quality system team, local food safety team, and the microbiology lab.- You will be based in Dübendorf and report directly to the Head of Quality.**In this exciting role you will**:

- Maintain the food safety culture in Dübendorf
- Host customer, label or authority audits (e.g. FSSC or Halal)
- Organize and perform trainings on Food Safety topics
- Perform internal and vendor audits
- Follow up on audit findings with relevant process owners
- Implement external and internal quality requirements
- Lead the Quality Systems team and the microbiology department
- Handle customer complaints

**Your professional profile includes**:

- Bachelor in Food Science / Chemistry, Biology or similar
- At least 5 years of experience in quality related positions
- Business Fluent in German and English
- Experience with Quality Systems (GFSI like FSSC, ISO, GMP, and HACCP)
- Experience managing a small team an advantage
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of our IT software such as Excel, SAP
- Passionate to improve
