Sonova Communications in Murten is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager to implement and enhance our Quality System and Governance at the local site. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a compliant, effective, and efficient Quality System that fulfills the requirements of the legal framework. Your main task will be to ensure compliance with quality standards and requirements, including the maintenance of a certified Quality Management System according to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
Your tasks
- Implement and maintain the processes and tools as part of the Sonova Communications QMS
- Support the Sonova Communications RA/QM team for ensuring compliance to the standards ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 during internal and external audits
- Act as local process owner for the Global Training Management process supported by eQMS (LMS)
- Monitor and enforce quality assurance processes in projects to ensure conformity with regulatory requirements and Standard Operating Procedures
- Review project documentation for completeness in accordance with quality guidelines
- Act as local process owner for Risk Management process and support R&D in Risk Assessment and Risk Management activities for non-medical products.
- Manage projects to enhance product-related quality assurance in tools and processes
- Act as deputy to the Senior Quality & Environmental Manager

**Profile**:
**Required**:

- Technical background with further education in quality assurance
- 5+ years of proven experience within the electronics and micro-mechanics field
- Experience in Risk Assessment for wireless devices and in the areas of EMC and Low-voltage
- Proficiency in English and MS Office, SAP
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a strong sense of responsibility, solution-orientation, and initiative

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Further education in Quality Assurance methods
- Experience in Project Management and Quality Assurance in Product Development and Operations
- Proficiency in French or German, Confluence, and Polarion
