For more information, please visit Position SummaryThe Customer Service Specialist is a crucial part of the Customer Service team in EMEA. As part of the Swiss team, they are responsible for a seamless customer experience and supporting them with any inquiries on product and delivery.Principal ResponsibilitiesCustomer support regarding products and services for an assigned customer areaAccepting customer inquiries by telephone and e-mailOrder entry, invoicing & monitoring of deliveriesPreparation of offers, deliveries and invoice corrections including processing of returnsMaintenance of master data (customer and price data maintenance)Active support and cooperation with SalesforceRecording complaints and suggestions for improvementGeneral administrative activitiesEducation / Experience RequirementsCompleted Commercial Vocational Training2+ years experience in customer service (ideally in a medical technology environment)Good knowledge of SAPGood knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)Very good written and spoken German & FrenchGood written and spoken EnglishKnowledge of Italian is an advantageHigh customer and team orientation as well as strong communication skillsFlexibility and ability to work under pressurePrecise and efficient way of workingTeam player & hand-on mentalityTeleflex is an equal opportunity employer.
