Job Description

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will respond to customer questions and concern.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain reliable attendance, complete required training, and consistently meet performance expectations.
  • Building a good relationship with the customer.
  • Contacting customers via phone, email, or chat in Swiss German.
  • Ensure timely responses to inquiries in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Respond to customer questions and concerns.
  • Assisting with technical, warranty, and complaint issues.
  • Sharing insights to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and client-specific policies, maintaining compliance with global standards.
  • Updating customer data and collaborating with other departments.
  • Creating exceptional customer experience.
Ideal Profile:

Targeted Qualifications

  • Fluency in Swiss German Language/Schwyzertüütsch, C1 level or Higher.
  • Fluency in English Language, B2 level or Higher.
  • A team player who thrives in collaborating, giving and receiving feedback and lifting others up.
  • A skilled communicator who enjoys creating personalized verbal and written communication.
