Communications Manager (f/m/d), 80–100%
, with a focus on internal communications and the skills and motivation to independently support the communications team in all areas of communications. The position reports to the Head of Group Communications and is located in Bubendorf/CH.

Your tasks:

  • Internal communications: Support in communicating the company's vision, mission, and goals to employees and creating corresponding communication plans, messages, and content (e.g., announcements, leadership messages, talking points and speeches, content for town hall presentations, etc.), content management, and regular content updates.
  • Global internal communication: Support in coordinating internal communication activities at the group's six locations in different counries.
  • Change communication: Support for all communication activities arising from the group-wide transformation program.
  • Cross-channel content development: Contribution to storytelling and content development within the group communications team by creating content and news articles with a focus on internal target groups, but which are suitable for both internal and external channels.

Your profile:

  • Minimum five years' work experience in communications – especially internal communication, experience with manufacturing organizations and/or chemical or pharmaceutical industries is a plus
  • Strong command of both German and English is mandatory with strong writing and proofreading skills. French a plus
  • A university degree in Science, Business Communication or related fields
  • Strong skills in content creation, writing, copywriting and storytelling
  • Townhall hosting, facilitation and related technical skills
  • Proficiency with SharePoint and MS 365 Office applications, management systems (Intranet), e-mail distribution, social network tools, and digital meeting/interaction platforms (e.g. Zoom, Teams, Mentimeter)
  • Ability to work within a deadline-driven, high-energy and fast-paced environment
  • Strong time and project management skills
  • Collaborative attitude and an ability to operate in a changing environment and rapidly growing company
  • A positive, constructive, and can-do approach to work and colleagues
  • Strong team player, networking- and communication skills
  • Customer and solution focused, self-driven and able to prioritize
