**For our client, the Carbogen Amcis in Bubendorf, we are looking for a Business Project Manager (BPM) Finance. CARBOGEN AMCIS is a leading international service provider for product and process development through to commercial production of API’s for the pharmaceutical and bio-pharmaceutical industries. CARBOGEN AMCIS is a member of the public listed Dishman Carbogen Amcis Ltd. in India and employs over +1'000 people at 9 locations in Europe and Asia.**

**STELLENBESCHREIBUNG**
- Support the design of the end-to-end FI/CO process (definition of methodological rules, data collection, validation, corrections, and reporting) aiming at process harmonization and full compliance
- Deliver global and cross divisional solutions to enable processes, laws, and regulations compliance as well as analytics for own dedicated area, in line with the strategy & guardrails, with support of the Global Process Owner (GPO)
- Deliver lean cross-divisional processes & solutions, with maximum standardization and harmonization for FI/CO area, with support of the GPO
- Prioritize and implement change requests in line with the strategy
- Monitor adherence to standard processes and design and implement actions to improve process compliance
- Drive efficiencies and improvements across the network, Operations and affiliates by considering external market insights and best practices
- Contribute to partner projects, provide advice and guidance for his/her area of responsibility

**ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL**
- Studies in business informatics, business administration or natural sciences
- An experienced project leader/business manager with a strong SAP FICO customizing implementation background
- Expertise in the financial area and strong business process orientation
- More than 10 years of experience in global business-matters
- Very good analytical and communication skills
- Ability to train staff
- Good language proficiency in both German and English
