To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in the Global IT department, we are looking for a dedicated IT/OT Application Manager (f/m/d, 100%) – Industrial Systems & Digitalization.

The IT/OT Application Manager ensures the performance, availability, and continuous improvement of applications that bridge enterprise IT and plant-level OT environments. This includes local systems like Warehouse Management, Equipment Monitoring, and ECM archives, with potential to take ownership of global solutions such as label management or a future TOR solution. This role supports digital transformation efforts and ensures alignment between operational needs and technology capabilities.

Your tasks:

  • Application Lifecycle Management: Ensure the full lifecycle of IT/OT applications from design and deployment to maintenance and decommissioning
  • Operational Support and Maintenance: Monitor application performance and availability, addressing issues proactively
  • Business and OT Process Alignment: Conduct requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders
  • Understand and translate operational/production needs into application requirements
  • Act as a liaison between business users, OT engineers, IT technical teams and vendors
  • Driving and supporting system/interface integration to meet the company digitalization ambitions
  • Project Support: Support project proposal and portfolio management processes for the area of responsibility (including RfIs and RfPs)
  • Collaborate in projects with business SMEs, IT infrastructure experts, project management and external partners

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in GxP-regulated environments
  • 3+ years of experience in managing IT/OT applications
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude
  • Fluency in German and English is required
