Role Description

This is a hybrid contract role based in Lugano, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. The Head of Legal will manage a broad range of legal matters, including overseeing legal compliance, analyzing and resolving legal issues, preparing necessary legal documents, and offering expert legal consulting to internal stakeholders. The role will involve close collaboration with various company departments to ensure adherence to legal standards and regulations while supporting strategic business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Law, understanding of legal principles, and experience with legal compliance
  • Strong skills in legal consulting with the ability to provide guidance on complex legal matters
  • Experience in Legal Document Preparation and managing legal documentation processes
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve Legal Issues effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage tasks independently
  • Legal practice certification and relevant educational credentials in law are strongly preferred
  • Experience in international law or corporate legal management is an advantage
